Appraisal Institute of Canada, Lee has been a Candidate Member (905626) in good standing since September 2010 and is currently completing in the applied experience program with the Appraisal Institute of Canada required to obtain the AACI, P.App. designation.
Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation, has successfully completed five of six courses required to graduate from the University of British Columbia. This certificate fulfills the educational requirement to obtain an AACI, P.App. designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), graduated from Okanagan University College in 2002 with a major in Finance. Graduated with honors and completed an elected Market Research course that required a market feasibility study in the private business sector.
EXPERIENCE
Fee Appraiser - Currently working as a candidate fee appraiser, under signature of Steven M. Danielson, B.Comm, AScT, AACI, P.App. Lee has experience appraising single and multi-family residential, subdivision developments, agricultural and rural acreages, industrial, vacant land and commercial properties in the Okanagan. Appraisals have been used for the purposes of financing and insurance.
Commercial Banking Account Manager - Five years previous experience in commercial banking as a lender with Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal. The positions required an in depth understanding of financial analysis pertaining to commercial loans for mid-sized corporations. Essential to the position was the expert knowledge of lending to the real estate market and the ability to accurately assess commercial appraisals.
